Christian Noel is an accomplished systems engineer and entrepreneur known for his innovative work in design and development of process automation. With over a decade of experience in the tech industry, he has created scalable solutions leading to strategic business growth.
Raised in Franklin Township, NJ Christian grew up with a strong interest in technology. As a young music enthusiast, he explored software configurations to discover music and unlock the capabilities of technology. This eventually led to an interest in hardware by building custom computers. A Rutgers University honors graduate, he double majored in Labor & Employment Relations and Information Technology & Informatics. During college, he was active with the Rutgers Veterans Services and Army ROTC where he facilitated collaboration between the university and military student community.
In 2016, Christian began his career in a non-technical role at SHI International Corp. Soon after he received several advancement opportunities that developed his Cloud technology expertise. His work gained the attention of cybersecurity powerhouse, CrowdStrike, and in 2021 joined the company as a founding member of their Cloud Marketplace Operations team. Currently, he owns the Cloud Operations strategy where he collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to scale partnership efficiency.
Christian is the recipient of numerous awards. At CrowdStrike, he received the Global Alliances FY 2024 Hero Award and 2024's Growth Award. He was also recognized for his contributions in record setting partner sales and scale of Cloud revenue over $1B. In addition, he serves as an advisory board member for the AWS, GCP and Tackle.io Marketplace product enhancement roadmap.
CEO of Your Tech Connect, a company focused on supporting underrepresented small business owners build infrastructure and a digital footprint. As founding Vice President of the Rutgers Club of Delmarva, he is responsible for event planning and development of the club's digital transformation. He is also a frequent speaker, panelist and judge at Rutgers SC&I and NAACP’s ACT-SO program.
With a passion for giving back and mentoring the next generation of innovators, he enjoys volunteering at schools and non-profit organizations. He frequently volunteers along the east coast and virtually with organizations such as the NAACP, Food Bank of Delaware and Delaware State Parks. In his free time, he enjoys listening to music while learning new sustainability skills.
